Make Up For Ever

Yesterday I finally got the package from my sweetheart Amira in France! I say "finally" because it needed almost three times as many days to reach me in Norway as usual. It gave us quite a scare, as we both feared it had been lost. A large "goodie bag" filled with products from Make Up For Ever. I'm new to this brand, but she's told me so many wonderful things about MUFE, so I had decided to get my hands on a few things. My package contained 7 matte eyeshadows with a MUFE palette, their infamous HD Microfinish Powder, the 25 Year Anniversary case with Aqua Eyes pencils in 5 colors. Amira also included a sample of MUFEs HD foundation and primer for me. She even put everything into a special gift box from Sephora, which looks very decorative on my vanity table!

Even though I don't haven't installed Photoshop on my new Mac yet, I managed to edit a picture of my very first MUFE palette! It looks just like those palettes we used for painting in kindergarten, I could sit and look at it all day - especially that gorgeous #92. I'm don't think I'll venture into MUFE the same way as I have with M·A·C, mainly because my account won't allow it. Color junkie, that's me in a nutshell. My palette still has some open spaces, but I'm quite positive that they will be filled with a highlighter, a white and a wild card yet to be chosen.
