Loving my new nails!

So, when Monica was here on Thursday she also did my nails! I've never had my nails done before, but I really wanted them to look good for our vacation, and I've always wanted those clean-looking white tips. Needless to say, I absolutely love them! According to Monica she's a little rusty, but I adore them. It takes a while to get used to these acrylic nails, since they are a bit thicker than my natural nails, but it doesn't bother me. They look stunning, even on my tattooed not-so-ladylike hands! Now I feel all glamored up and sophisticated, all ready for Paris next week!

Damn, your tatts, esp. the ROCK wrtiting look hot! The nails are lovely though I’m more into natural nails. I had gel nails, too, and I hated them immediately. They’ re nothing for creative souls who want to do their eye make ups properly. Vive la France!!!

Why did you hate your gel nails? I’ve never tried gel, even though gel was what I was planning to get originally. I’m used to having long natural nails, but I wanted them to look extra nice for our two weeks on the road. They don’t bother me when I do my makeup, if they had I would have had to rethink them!

I love that you think my tattoos are hot! “ROCK” is the second half of the word “SHAMROCK”, which is one of my nicknames and because I feel like I belong in Ireland.. some part of me must me Irish, at least a part of my soul is. Thank you!

I think I have had nails constantly for the last 10 years an feel helpless whenever I take them off,so I think it´s just a matter of getting used to them.
